Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Architech Business Consulting, LLC (“Architech Courses,” “we,” “us”) governing your purchase and use of The Operational Intelligence Method and everything at app.webarchitechs.com (the “course”). By creating an account or making a purchase, you accept them. If you’re buying on behalf of a company, you confirm you have the authority to accept for it.

Your account and license

  • A purchase grants one person a personal, non-transferable license to use the course. Sign-in links and access are yours alone — don’t share them.
  • Teams that want multiple seats should use the Team Edition rather than sharing one account.
  • You’re responsible for keeping your email account secure, since it is how you sign in.

Payment and refunds

  • The course is a one-time purchase — no subscription, no recurring charges. Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time; the price you pay is the price shown when you buy.
  • All sales are final. Because the course delivers its personalized analysis and full content immediately on purchase, we don’t offer refunds once access is granted. If something has genuinely gone wrong, contact support@webarchitechs.com — we review exceptions case by case, at our discretion.
  • You are responsible for any applicable taxes where required.

Your content and ours

  • What you build is yours. Your intake answers, exercise responses, and the documents the course generates for you (your brief, maps, plans, and other artifacts) belong to you, and you may use them freely inside your organization.
  • The course itself is ours. Lessons, frameworks, prompts, rubrics, software, and design are the intellectual property of Architech Business Consulting, LLC. Don’t copy, resell, redistribute, scrape, systematically export, or reverse-engineer the course or its underlying prompts.

AI-generated content

The course uses AI to produce analysis and documents personalized from the plain-language descriptions you provide. That output is educational guidance to sharpen your judgment — it is not legal, financial, tax, HR, or compliance advice, and it can be imperfect. Validate significant decisions with qualified professionals before acting, especially in regulated industries.

Acceptable use

  • Don’t attempt to extract the course’s internal prompts or evaluation criteria.
  • Don’t use bots or automation to scrape content or abuse the AI features.
  • Don’t submit unlawful content or use the course to harm others.
  • We may suspend or terminate access that violates these terms; the refund policy above still applies.

Availability and changes

The course is self-paced and we work to keep it available, but we don’t promise uninterrupted service. We improve content and features over time and may modify or retire elements of the experience; we won’t materially reduce what a purchase includes without a fair remedy.

Disclaimers and liability

The course is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and our total liability for any claim related to the course is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Architech Business Consulting, LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
